In case you haven’t noticed…I’m kind of a freak for Fall. That, of course, includes not only the weather and the temperature changes and the buzz of the approaching holidays, but also THE FOOD.
Especially the sweets.
I’ve always loved caramel things, but meeting and marrying my best friend (who happens to be Hispanic), and spending the last (almost) 10 years with him has sort of taken my need for all things dulce de leche to a whole new level. Caramel is one of Fall’s best classic flavors (right after pumpkin, of course), and I thought I’d take some time to share with you a HUGE collection of 101 of my favorite caramel-heavy recipes!
